It’s not an amazing shadow electric attacker and it has decent IVs if you want a mega which electric doesn’t have a huge selection for. My recommendation would be that you should leave it as is until you have the required mega energy and see if you get one with better IVs, this is especially true at the moment with the number of Mareep spawning during the event.
