I rlly want to power him up but at the same time he’s level 10 and it’s kinda a flex to keep him that way because it’s impossible to get such a low cp one from a raid cuz minimum is lvl 15. What should I do 😭

Minimum from raids is level 20 and level 25 from weather boosted raids. I think you’re thinking of getting Pokémon from research which is level 15
