I saw “Moonstone” and for a brief moment my life was perfect. Thought we were getting a remake of the Amiga classic….

Played this on PC. It was a very promising game that featured many different genres that I enjoyed, but I ended up dropping the game after an hour or two.
Battling simply wasn’t fun enough compared to other deck builders, each island felt same-ish (just with different monsters), dating aspect felt artificial due to EXTREMELY repetitive dialogue and boring interactions, farming felt like it was slapped into the game as an afterthought. Oh well.
Wouldn’t say it’s a bad game. But I don’t feel like it’s a great one too. Compared to many other fantastic indies like Stardew Valley, Slay the Spire, Forager etc.
