I’m pretty sure that “change the weather to something else” and “ the opponents field effects are permanent” means entei’s sun is going to be permanent unless you change the weather. It doesn’t say anywhere that you can’t change the opponents weather. Also weakened and reinforced are all related to fluid fortification
The whether gimmick works like LA Moltres. Sun is permanent, meaning it doesn’t expire, and you should change it to something else. Curious thing is unlike Moltres it says your opponents field effects are permanent not yours and your opponents field effects. So if you change the whether to rain for example it would expire like usual, unlike Moltres where it would be permanent so you can’t take unlimited advantage of it without multiple rain activations. At least that’s how it’s worded so far.
When the opponent’s weather effects are permanent, that just means they won’t expire unless you change it to something else (rain, sandstorm etc).
As pointed out by a few, the opponents field effects (sun) will be permanent unless changed, in which case the field effect brought up will not be permanent, only Entei's sun will be. Resistance, Invulnerable, and other abilities are a part of Fluid Fortification.
Well.. didn't the playerbase ask for harder / endgame content?.. 😂 also thinking about it.. if I recall correctly entei was our very first legendary arena..?.. if that's so then cool trowback from the devs.. only thing that scares me rn.. is this considered as "Extreme" difficulty as above Ultra-Hard .. or "Master" difficulty?….

This will be… interesting. Having two specific gimmicks definitely lends this event to being very limited in team structures that can feasibly take this on. I have a comp in mind but even I’m not sure that will be enough.

As much as I drool over the bullshit challenge this is, 300 gems is nowhere near an appropriate reward for this. If you got a collection of candies and tickets or something decent, that would be okay.
This is absolutely NOT worth the struggle. Even the High Score Event has better rewards than this. I'll try it but I honestly wish DeNA would take our opinions and criticism better
So far it isn't worth it for 300 gems with how tough it'll be.
Vulnerable, Invulnerable, Reinforced and Weakened are all part of Fluid Fortification. Latias has them too. They proc when Latias takes damage (Vulnerable/Invulnerable) or when its stats get buffed/debuffed (Reinforced/Weakened).
The more and more I listen to this video the more scared i get for this. And if serena and calem cant handle idk how the hell ill beat it
