I really loved 13 Sentinels, but I am not quite feeling Unicorn Overlord yet.

At the least I hope there will be a demo to try.

I’m really looking forward to this game

I love Vanillaware and have high expectations for this one. I preordered the collector’s edition because it comes with a card game!

  4. There are a few things not mentioned in this article that were revealed recently. Though they haven’t gone into detail, apparently the main story will be at least partially nonlinear, and you’ll be able to choose what order you liberate the different regions. You can kind of see a hint of that in this article from the [quest screen screenshot](https://www.gematsu.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Unicorn-Overlord_2023_11-16-23_041.jpg), which shows two different quests marked “Main Quest” available.

There was also a video that showed a bit of gameplay where they briefly opened the main menu, and you could see an option called “Rapport Conversations”. This is likely something similar to Fire Emblem’s support conversations. You can see from [this screenshot](https://www.gematsu.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Unicorn-Overlord_2023_11-16-23_075.jpg) that letting your units have a meal together will increase their Rapport (and it even uses the same little “handshake heart” motif as Xenoblade’s heart-to-hearts).

    Also, owl lady with boobs.

I’ve bounced off most of Vanillaware’s games but goddamn did I love 13 Sentinels so I’m here for this

  6. Even though the art is excellent as per Vanillaware I can’t play this after grand knights history or dragons crown who had superb enemies monsters….this seems just like triangle strategy with different graphics

I’m looking forward to this and will buy it regardless…

Now all Vanillaware need to do is bring a Muramasa port to switch, so I can finally retire my Vita.
