    >Bluey: The Videogame is available now on Nintendo Switch.

    >Join the fun with Bluey and her family as you explore iconic and familiar locations like the Heeler House, Playgrounds, Creek, and a bonus beach location! Experience the joy and wonder of Bluey’s world, with local multiplayer you can play with friends and family in story mode and free play!

  2. If the entire game was just 4 quick time events where you had to listen to the opening song and tap exactly on “mom!” “dad!” “bingo!” and “bluey!” it would be the hardest game ever.

I mean, full local coop, $40 launch price… my kids might love this.

Bold of Nintendo to put out Mario RPG on the same day as this juggernaut.

My kids are gonna shit their pants when I surprise them with this

Who’s the gullible parent enough to buy this thing and let us know if it’s any good?

I can’t lie: I love Bluey. But the whole point of the show is them playing with real physical objects and their imagination. So I’m really torn on this.

Context: I love video games but my kid is 2 and watches Bluey because I do, and I try to do things Bluey related in real life so she likes to play Keepy Uppy with the music on and dance around with the stuffies. Probably not target audience.

We played this today with our girls. Quick takes:
If your family is big bluey fans you’ll like this game.
Its a little buggy. Kids kept getting stuck places and the game crashed once. Not horrible but unfortunate they couldn’t fix prior to lanch
It’s fun but after an hour or so the kids wanted to take a break and go back to Mario Wonder which really blows this game out of the water in every possible way.

Man, the Google reviews for this are rough

This game was NOT play tested by the audience of the game m, ie very young children… the controls are clunky and the game is full of bugs

  11. GOTY material, and I’m only half joking. If it has the same vibe as I had playing Simpsons Hit and Run where you got to feel part of the cartoon world with some fantastic gags, yeah this will be a really solid experience for kids.

My 5 year old daughter and I 100% completed it in about 3 hrs (all stories, all stickers, and all plants watered). Plays like you are in an episode with a few mini games and story parts otherwise mostly open sandbox roaming looking for the stickers.

Our characters got stuck a few times and the game crashed once so a few bugs (other than the walking leaf…).

Replayability depends on how your kids treat Bluey episodes. One and done? They may never play the game again. They have watched all episodes a million times? They may replay this constantly. Only option is to redo the same story or mini games over and over but you can mix up the dress up costume.
