   same! i got a hundo shinx in a hat and it can’t evolve and it maxes at like 900 cp

   Glad I already have a hundo Gardevoir. Also, good to know that these don’t evolve, so I’m not disappointed whenever I find one.

   I’m just waiting for birthday hat Venusaur to join the party. I get there’s a leaf in the way but he’s my starter so I feel left out.

   I’m sure Niantic will update allowing us to evolve. Knowing them, they’re forcing us to wait
