It’s a 1/64 spawn rate due to it having a mega. Nice find!

Any pokemon that has a mega in Pokémon go, can be found shiny in the wild at a rate of 1/64. This doesn’t count any of its previous evolutions for example, charmander will have a normal shiny rate of around 1/500 but charizard will be 1/64. Any other answer is wrong. As for gardevoir actually spawning in the wild, can’t be sure but kind of rare so nice catch!
