Hey, you dodged a bullet here,I actually tried to finish it. Did 9 or 10 parties. The super effective charged attack quest is bugged though, so nobody I know firsthand finished. Doesnāt matter how many super effective attacks you used. On discord some people are saying they got the completion but tons of people canāt.

I absolutely hate when they push doing stuff with others thus penalizing those who play solo. Itās like having an odd number of students in a classroom and telling poor Billy āsince you donāt have a partner you canāt play this teams gameā. Niantic get an effing clue, not everyone is capable (willing or not) of playing with others.

i have friends to do parties with but
1. i work 2nd shift, so im only really available after midnight (this is a reoccurring issue for me with raid days too as you can imagine)
and 2. i live in the northeast. itās 25 degrees outside. colder if i play at 1-2am. lmao, i am not getting a party together
I did exactly what they wanted me to and Iām ashamed. I encouraged my husband to makes an account. Unfortunately, I just used both phones by myself and he will likely never play again. So theyāre going to see an increase in account creation this week AND an increase in inactive accounts next week. But Iām sure they know that and set a success metric for a small amount of the new accounts to stay active.

What’s weird is pokemon is an all ages game do they expect kids/younger people to meet strangers to do this? Sure adults may not have friends who play and can meet up with strangers but not everyone has that opportunity either.

I saw party in the event tasked and automatically stopped worrying about it. I have no one to play with where I am currently living, and finding some community to do so is really more trouble than what is worth.
This is the first free timed research I have skipped in three years.

I played with my partner soci got to finish it. But with paldean mons it was super boring as well, so little chance for a shiny, i did not play much last week compared to what i normally play š©
