She has disarming voice to hit all opponents, x special defense to boost special defense on your team, and her trainer move boosts move gauge, raises your party’s special attack by 4 and critical hit by 2, and applies gradual healing on all allies. Her B move Starry draining kiss never misses and returns the opponents raised stats to normal and raises her own stats by the same amount.
she raises opponent fairy type rebuff by 1 every time she hits, she has mind games 9 to lower special defense on an opponent every hit, and team smart command 9 to increase special move next effect next by 1 for the team. Insane fairy type with lots of utility and support.
