  1. Typhlosion and Samurott more for raids. Decidueye for pvp

    Samurott for raids IF you don't have Shadow Tyranitar, Greninja for example

  2. Hisuian Decidueye is Grass/Fighting, not Grass/Flying. It's an error from game press.
