Honestly keep it, it’s hard to get a mon with those type of stats. It’ll preform well in battle. Ofc when you evolve it ofc. Keep it safe and don’t trade it!!

No idea but even if it isn’t keep it under 1500 and use it in PvP. I love using my random 4 stars for it.
