Should I purify?



I don’t really care about PvP and I prefer collecting 100% IV mons. But I still feel like it’s “wrong” to purify a shadow Zapdos lol what do you guys think?

    Yes, and then just do another shadow Zapdos raid for another shadow.

    Yes for the perfect dex. He’s not a great pvp guy and electric is generally inferior to grass or rock attackers. Electric is a niche

    Well if you don’t care about PvP and prefer collecting hundos, then go for it. I love purified hundos with the aura and cheaper costs.

    You can always purify it once you get ever other 100% you want (or catch ‘em all) but until then, NOOOO buff it up and farm raids for more shundo chances and stuff

    What does purifying do that’s so bad? Still new to this and trying to figure it out.

    Not good in PvP so it’s fine that you don’t care about it. It depends whether you prefer PvE or just collecting cool things. Personally I would never purify that and that would be incredibly painful but if ALL you care about is collecting then I guess you could do it.

    If what you care about is collecting hundos, and don’t think you’ll play pvp much, I don’t think it’s a big deal. After all, you can always get another 3 star Shadow, but getting a 4 star Zapdos is very unlikely

    Shadow Zapdos is a very good attacker in raids, but I believe Xurkitree and Zekrom (non-shadow) are better than it. And in terms of the best electric attacker, it’s Shadow Raikou, and we’ll eventually to get raid him.

    If you need better electric attackers, keep it as it is, but purify it if you want the hundo

    I would purify but only because I don’t really care about raids or PvP and I just like the glittery effect on purified pokemon :3
