Judging by your candy I would say you won’t be maxing it anytime soon. Personally wouldn’t max below 15 attack as this is a very common master league mon
HalfOfCrAsh
Definitely max it out
Disgruntled__Goat
The shiny performs 0.5% worse than the other one. Completely negligible.
DukeofSam
i’m so confused, both of these look non standard to me
FoundationMuted6177
WHAT… HOW… WHERE?
notsam57
no, max whatever you like better. i personally max out useful shinies over better stated non/shinies. i even maxed out my 2/2/2 shiny shadow charizard.
Due-Wish-3585
You max out what you like and then use them to remove mom’s in gyms!!!
BikingVikingNick
With that much stardust you aint maxing out anything
Rebelo86
I max out my favorites regardless of usefulness. And no one expects my double charged move 100% sloking when he’s guarding a gym. 🤣 he’s always the last back.
darkknight941
Definitely the shiny. The IVs aren’t too different to make a huge difference, plus it’s already a much higher CP so less Xerneas candy and rare candies to hit its max
Anxiety_Muffin13
Not at all!
AnxiousAndConfused23
Do what makes you happy 🙂
D2theTrain
If it’s close always flex the shiny
OldManJenkins-31
You only have 17k stardust.

Probably No worries on the maxing out the shiny here-
If you really need one for master league it needs an Att of 15 and probably like 13+ in DEF/HP to be worth. Are you even worried about getting 1 to lv. 50 or close for ML?
If not, as a raid/gym mon the difference is negligible, max the shiny and show it off whenever you’re battling raids!
Orazam
Personally I’d mirror lucky trade before deciding

nah, the difference isn’t big enough to be noticeable for the most part. Shiny!!!
The difference of a few IVs is nearly non-existant
Are you having fun with the game or are you planning on being the most serious Pokémon go player to ever live

It would be dumb to max out both, actually
wow you travel a lot
There is no real endgame to speak of in Pokémon go. Whether or not you max this out or not will have almost no bearing on your ability to play and remote raid into any encounter and continue to catch more. There is no right or wrong way to play this extremely casual game unless you have extremely specific goals in mind.
Your Pokémon, do you man
As someone with a maxed out shiny Growlithe because it is my favourite pokemon, go for what makes you happy.
Yes. You’ll get a better one.
It’s a game, dude. Stop worrying about min maxing and have fun.
DO IT!! 😄
It’s already at 3k what more do you want to doðŸ˜ðŸ˜
