Shaymin and Roserade are good grass attacker, although heavily outclassed by Kartana and Mega Sceptile.
Hisuian Arcanine is nowhere near meta in GL, although I’m still curious what moveset you use, might be fun. Now Toxapex is definitely meta. 4* are generally not preferred for CP capped leagues, but they at least offer cheaper investments and usually win CMP ties in a mirror match.

Magcargo can be effective in Great League action at 1500 with the fast move Incinerate and a quick charged move. It isn’t the best but still pretty effective.

Roserade and Toxapex.
Roserade is good in raids as a grass type and as a poison type attacker.
Toxapex is a beast in GL, you should probably power this one up if you don’t care much about rank in Great League, as in going beyond level 20 into Ace, Veteran, Legend. If you don’t take it that seriously, even 4* Toxapex should be enough and will save you a lot of Stardust!

Definitely shaymin and Rosedale as grass attackers for PVE. Regigigas isn’t that great unless you have fighting type hidden power as a fast move (which annoyingly can’t be changed with an elite fast tm).

The Sky Forme Shaymin is one of the best grass attackers for Raids, but overall Grass typing is not that great as few worthwhile water types are available in 5 star raids. Seaking, Magcargo, and Toxapex all see very limited PVP play.

Toxapex is meta so power that one up. Seaking and Roseraid are decent picks for the great league but they’re too high cp unfortunately so RIP to those. Roseraid and Seaking NEED their legacy moves to be viable in the great league; Roseraid – Weather ball (Fire), Seaking – Posion jab/Icy Wind/Drill Run. Wailmer, and Magcargo got buffed recently too and could be a fun spice pick if you’re looking to have fun. Magcargo even has some good play in limited metas. I wouldn’t recommend any of them for any other league however, hope this helps!

I suppose I’ll mirror the others and say Roserade but tbh, it is at this point highly outclassed as a grass/poison attacker. If you need extra slots to fill your party, it’s likely worth a shot. Even then, if you have a partner who plays the game, I would continuously trade roserade species in favor of receiving a lucky one. The lucky has a 50% power up discount, supplanting itself as a true budget pick. Even if it’s (very likely) not a 4*, the discount greatly surpasses the perfect IV

Toxapex is pretty good in great league pvp if you’re willing to invest in 2 moving it. And roserade is a pretty good raid attacker for both poison and grass.
That being said I wouldn’t do it if you can’t spare the stardust. They’re better choices for both pvp and raiding but lacking those choices you won’t regret investing into them for the time being.
