I faced the grass hole basti and wigglytuff aswell but i was using swampert skarm and sableye
8:10 Lanturn’s Spark gets to 4 Surfs in 6-6-6-5. The trick is that Spark generates 7 energy, so on the first Surf, 2 residual energy is retained. 7/2 = 3.5, meaning on the 4th Surf (least integer greater than or equal to 3.5), one less fast move is needed. Similarly, going straight Thunderbolt, 1 residual is retained with each throw, and 7/1 = 7, so on the 7th Bolt it’s 7 Sparks and not 8 (though Lanturn won’t survive long enough to ever see that).
Sableye budget alternative?
I don’t have a good Greninja, but I still use it to sweep and it’s beautiful

whoa… Cresseli-Bastiodon-Scrafty was my team while back… now the same team with Poliwrath… you usually just sac the Cress (it still does at least something) and then load up on energy with the pokemon in the back that has better matchup and hope for the best… I posted that team on Twitter after some insane runs (I was playing in 2200s at best back then… now I usually play around 2500-2600s so, yeah I am just a casual, but I am happy with that)… but still… weird to see a team I used to run used by somebody random in GBL today 😅
