Funny that the New Years units are related to past New Years units. Clair to Lance and Wallace to Lisia. Maybe it's all about family traditions this year.

There’s some circumstantial evidence that the selects contain EVERY Strike/Tech/Support Pokefair, in which case I’m pretty sure 15 rolls actually gives you a better chance of getting something off-rate than the old 25 rolls with only 6 featured units. Time will tell I suppose.
I don't see Nemona or SS Steven in the select scouts so they are all a pass to me. They totally would have been on the banners if they were. I already have both Red and Cynthia so I guess it's a total skip month for me. I may pull for Lisia on the new years non paid scout. I have enough to pity and wouldn't mind picking up a few others on the way since I'm only missing 1 regular pool unit right now. Good luck to everyone who pulls!

Unfortunately since rosa took my leftover gems i can't make guarantees no matter how much I want red. So everything is daily except probably clair since im not a big fan of hers and her pair looks skippable to me
