why is the game saving postcards from friends i still have as “unknown trainers”?
some of these even came from best friends. this has been happening for maybe around a month now. they show up saved here but not under the persons actual name

also this happens for multiple people from all over the world, of different friendship levels

There’s a setting to share your name in your friend’s postcard book. Maybe they have that turned off.
