Today, I sadly inform you guys that it is NOT possible to catch Shadow Party Hat starters. Sometimes, PoGo let’s you catch certain Costumed Pokemon in their shadow variant but not this time. I am not surprised at all
I feel like they should make some of the shadow pokemon available in their costume form. It adds more variety to the shadow pokemon for us avid collectors.
And they’ve already gone too far with accidentally releasing shadow costumes; they should just release them.
Will we ever get SHINY Costumed Shadow Pokemon? I would love to shiny hunt them!
