The list of banned pokemon are based on how much the pokemon were used last season. Thats why Greninja is banned and not Swampert.

What is the fun when all the trainers use the same pokemons? I prefer to use the pokemons that I like and have positive probabilities to win, my team; Ferrothron, Whiscash and Crobat = More than 50% to win and fun guaranteed. 🫡
Scrafty ban? Noctowl ban? wtf? Swampert, Whiscash, Poliwrath, Quagsire, Gligar, Skarmory and Dragonair, they should be banned.

I was really looking forward to remix but this ban list is buns, I get that they use data from last season but the meta has shifted so much due to the changes. We've already had 2 sessions of great league this season, they could have used that data; if not the first round (where people have been testing stuff out more) then this current one. Heck it might be fun if they added 10-20 more pokemon to the ban list, maybe take the top 20 from last season and the top 20 from this season
I feel like this ban list was from the end of the season before last, after Greninja Com Day….this it def. not from last season…no gligar or Steelix
I guess people must have been spamming some older meta teams trying to climb last season, because aside from a few standouts like Greninja, yea that ban list looks like it's from 2 seasons ago lmao. Seeing Trevenant, Scrafty, and Croak there but no Lickitung or Gligar is super wild. The latter two are EVERYWHERE this season, and I only got to Veteran last season but I cant remember seeing a single Trevenant, meanwhile Gligar was on like every other team.
Why on earth is Lickitung not banned? That shit is literally in every other team
