To be fair, I don’t think we will ever see the kind of innovation of the NES and SNES eras
But there were a lot of clunkers developed (not just produced) by Nintendo during the NES SNES N64 and GameCube eras
But since the switch released every single EPD release has been a banger

Switch is amazing. Instead of long droughts with no games, we have floods of games. Arguably the best Zelda, best 3D Mario, best 2D Mario, some say the best 2D Metroid, Mario Kart, Smash, Luigi’s Mansion, Kirby, Pikmin, it’s insane. This is the best Nintendo has ever been.
