Get lucky with Sp Def debuffs, flinches at the right time, and some cheeky para procs. Have Fairy Zone up after you hit Staraptor’s 40% endurance proc to rush it down with boosted Electrowebs. I’m not sure if Blue’s EX role is strictly needed but Hau definitely needs 5/5 for Unfortuitous.

I used Dazzling Gleam instead of Wild Electroweb on Hau since using the latter would mean that Electric Terrain won’t be up when he syncs.
