Regirock is quite an annoying one.
While it’s logical to sleepchain regirock during bar 1 to farm sync buff, Rosa does need stat buffs to set off, and hence it’s best to do a little bit of both.
Evasion buffs are handy as always, but if you don’t get them early you could rely on multiple Potions procs like I did in the video.
Bar 2 is definitely the toughest because you not only have to deal with 2 Iron Defence (w crit shield, ofc) but Regirock would debuff your spa everytime it hits you, so either hope for dodges or immediate spa boosts from relic song.
