I like your ideas but I also think that pokemon masters day is already quite nice and not the first thing they should improve on.
Absolutely wanting them to put some focus on the 3-star characters, Maylene being one of my key focuses. No EX, No Mega and one of the ONLY fighting supports that is easily accessible outside of the 5-star BP Player that ALSO CANNOT be EX'd.
Characters like Clay and Nanu need improvements and on top of that, the evolution stones have grown to be a very worthless item overall.
Add more characters that use them, add Masters Day event where a Gym Leader is training a new 3-star Pokémon to add to their team, little things like that would
More expanded grids for normal pool units.

Increasing the pace of giving 3/4 star gacha and story sync pairs EX and EX roles would be nice i guess

If every story pair already has their 2-3/5 of their grids, i think giving those pairs expansions to 4-5/5 would be nice especially since everyones got them at 5/5 already
Jessie and james still don't have grids, that s*cks a bit
I think somthing that could work for older sync pair is to be able to fill their missing 2nd and 3rd passive with a cookie passive. That way, they can get more passives, hence more viability, without it being too complicated to work. Or just like a grid expansion, but a passive expansion on the 25th

they should be pushing out more ex roles, expanded grids and EX's for BP units tbh
also on that note I was thinking at this point in the game, they could introduce some kind of item that allows us to increase the amount of available energy for sync grids.
I think it would be a lot of fun and also some builds on some units are like 1, 2 or 3 energy off from being perfect
Honestly, just 1 horizontal grid expansion per month is very little. They could stand to do 3 like they did with the 3/4 star grid expansions

I think Misty and Brock hardly needs a 6ex… One of the greatest support and tech unit till now… Being most useful in gauntlet
And not forgetting our Pokemon franchise wielder James gigachad ( seriously James and Jessie don't have grids till now??. And Dena f..king forgot the shiny celebi in team rockets story?? Seriously??)
