I think for Azu as an Atk weighted one, I wouldn't go any higher than 6, maybe 7 for a cup like this because you lose some bulk points and get dealt a bit more damage on Azu.
I wonder how well legacy move Steel Wing would work on Togetic in place of Fairy Wind 🤔
