I pitied him Day 1 cause I started playing solely for Victini, and have maybe used him 10 times since… He's just soooo damn frail I swear any match that has a spread move ends him instantly, and his set up takes way too long at ML1 which I'd fix with Candies if I could but Tech Candies are the most valued by far with other pairs always needing/wanting it more.
