Most Iono solos are currently at 4/5 because she literally gets the best node in her kit at that move level. It also allows her to run other lucky skills to counter bosses’ gimmick as she’s not tied to running Stoic 2 in order to stay alive longer anymore.
Still working with 3/5 Iono unfortunately (got really lucky and pulled a dupe hehe), and at the current move level her solos are or will mostly be about potion check, which is boring but hey at least it’s possible. I was so tempted to EX her to make this run easier but didn’t end up doing it, felt great tho.
Other details that should be taken into consideration:
– Being paralyzed is FINE. With charging infliction 2 you don’t need to worry about gauge, and being paraflinched frequently makes quicker sync cycle, which is a good thing, although being paralyzed twice in a row while using her B move is hella annoying.
– Try to stack around 7-8 SMUN to quickly take out the second half of Bar 1 to avoid getting hit by Iron Tail and Mega Kick.
– It’s better to actually stack as many SMUN as possible for the final blow, because if your B move misses KO by just a little bit, Iono has to be hit 3 more times in order to attack again.
– And lastly hope that Registeel is nice to you. There are runs where I got so close to winning and ended up getting flinched by Iron Head over and over, you could get every fucking potions in the world but it doesnt matter because Registeel would not let you move lmao
I’m relatively busy recently, but in a good way i guess? So I’m taking it slow on Iono, I hate using 3/5 Iono, frankly speaking.
