Ironically one of SS Cynthia's best partners imo is Lance. Variety Lance that is, since he gets Go Viral on Thunder Wave and that minus 1 Dragon Rebuff on the main target at the same time.
I'm real glad she has her grid expansion. I have a soft spot for SS Cynthia. She first released when I started playing and she was the first limited pair I ever pulled. I used SS Cynthia, Skyla, and Rosa to clear the story, so I'll always be a little nostalgic for those 3.
Im glad ahe got the grid expansion. Ive had her at 3/5 for a while, all from trippe pokefair and i just stopped using her ever since i got Drasna. And then Serena/Nate didn't help
I like pairing her with Lucas and Iono since free move next for Clanging Scales and Roar of Time is stonks and the SpMUN. Though NC Blue for his discharge AoE paralysis/flinch and atk/spatk debuffs plus passive team damage boost over Iono might probably be better.
