I wonder how broken half anni will be if a long awaited fairy striker and SS Steven with support roll cake is the bait. Might skip Victor even tho I like him but not a big fan of Greedent. Galarian Darmanitan is tempting though cause I love the mon same with Magearna.

A little correction: Candice's Darmanitan's stats don't increase/decrease when it changes forms.
I'm falling into DeNa's trap and taking the bait, Gladion is one of my favorite character and I'm lacking fairy type the most, he seems amazing sync pair.
So no matter what 4.5 anniversary bring i'm going for SS Gladion and I have 30k gems saved right now.

SS Gladion only, I feared they'd make baits MF, and I was right. Since I refuse to skip a Master Fair, I'll scout for him (I have almost 100k gems saved up, but that is not enough if all the anni units shaft me). Hope I'll be lucky !

Kinda agree w/ most of these opinions, lol.
I have both NC Blue and Iono (as well as a bunch of other full spec offense babysitters like Penny, SC Lillie, etc.), so I don't really feel the need to scout for Chase. He has my favorite EX outfit out of all the Pikachu users so far though, I'll give him that. His use on a triple rat team is kinda limited and superficial, but he seems really nice for Misty, Koga, and Oak's Syncs. If one of those three is anyone's favorite character, that might be the biggest reason for those ppl to pull Chase.
I've never really liked Falkner that much either, but I'm still glad he finally got the bird that my homies wished his base unit was paired up w/. And it looks like the least problematic of the three Falkners. I know at least one dude who's prob gonna pull at least the one guaranteed paid copy of him, lol.
I'm a huge Victor fanboy, but I don't really like Greedent that much either. But I do really like the potential infinite Kiawe tm on each attack. I don't think Sitrus MP will drop at the start. If it's anything like it is in the core games (as long as you don't use one manually), one MP will be used the first time he goes under half HP, and that's what will activate his B move. Then, hopefully he takes an attack that brings him all the way down to Endurance, so the 2nd one the 2nd time doesn't bring him back over 50%, so it never activates a 3rd time (so after he's done buffing, he can use it on an ally if needed). Also, I think there are two ways to activate his B move in CSMM: the Ally 50% HP down, and the Ally 50% MP down options. Hopefully the MP down option only puts it down to 2 instead of 1, but we won't know until we try it.
Candice & Galarian Darmanitan has been my most requested pairing (on like the surveys, feedback, etc.), so that's one I feel like whaling for. I'm also planning to set her as the fave unit in my profile until we get a 3rd Victor unit w/ Regidrago (and the R-D Hoodie) or shiny Zamazenta or Calyrex-Shadow-Rider (and the Expedition Outfit). One thing that I'm kinda sad about is that her Sync isn't really comparable to (quite a bit lower than) NC Red's, if they're both EX-R'd, although I think she'll be the 2nd strongest (and strongest phys) aoe Ice Syncer, provided no one comes afterwards to dethrone her or NC Red. I think her dps is prob going to be better than Irida and SS Silver, though. That might be the mode to focus on more, w/ a support Sync first. Idk, but I'll be playing w/ that, lol.
I'm expecting to not have nearly enough gems for Gladion, but I immediately imagined a team comp w/ him, SS Hau, and A.Raihan for tons of SMUN stacks, and I'd love to see how amazingly they work together.
