Cyrus Palkia is a very good dragon/water free to play striker unit from legendary adventures. He deals a lot of damage when fully powerboost gridded, 5/5 and EXed. Lets break down his kit.
Spacial Rend is his main dragon attacking move and critical hits land more easily using this move. Water pulse is good water dps for 2 move gauge and has 20% chance of inflicting confusion on your opponent. Hydro Pump is his main water attacking move and deals good water damage. His trainer move New World Order raises the user’s Sp. Attack and Speed by 3. The user takes damage equal to 25% of its remaining HP. His passive is Critical strike 9 which powers up the user’s attacks when they become critical hits.
If you grid him, the following is very powerful. Critastrophe 2(you can stack 2 of these grids) – Powers up the user’s sync move when it becomes a critical hit. Critical Focus 2 – Raises the user’s critical-hit rate by 2 when it lands a critical hit. Sharp Entry 1 – Raises the user’s critical-hit rate by 1 stat rank when it enters a battle. Hydro Pump : Ramming Speed – The more the user’s Speed is raised, the more it powers up the user’s moves.
