Let me get ahead of something. It wouldn't be a Newsteevie video without me needing to spell something out.
You can factory reset your Ranger cartridge using external means. One of the ways is Action Replay, which is why it appeared on screen when I said "Unless…"
However, without these external means, the eggs are limited.
I try to avoid stuff outside of the games like that just to make the discussion easier. Like, there are codes to un-shiny lock Pokémon. That doesn't mean I'm not going to talk about them.
The more frustrating element with the Arceus BDSP one is that you need a completed saved data of Arceus, so to get Arceus in BDSP, you need Arceus in Arceus making it redundant for non shiny hunters

I got the colosseum bonus disk both english and Japanese getting celebi was a bit annoying not only I have to play finish colosseum in japanese but also purify all shadow pokemon just to get that one celebi and if anyone ask this was before eshop port of Crystal even came out.
Fun fact, all you need to do to get save data is borrow someone's copy, stick it in your switch, and play for a few minutes. This doesn't effect their save data at all

There’s also the regular Magearna which is available in any Alola game after becoming Champion and scanning a specific QR code.

Slight misconception, the Manaphy Egg in Ranger is once per SAVE not cartridge. So as long as you have the game you just need to reset the file to make another.
Someone has never heard of piracy, flash card or burn disc or drive emulator for older system or just software emulator. Has someone with a 200IQ, i fear for the future.

Am I the only one that thinks Phione is a better design than Manaphy? I hate the suffocated-looking antennae on Manaphy. Phione’s lil ribbon is cute. Plus I like the deeper blue accents.

I didnt know each ranger game could only ever have one manaphy egg, i think i got lucky when i found the game at Gamestop that hadnt done the event yet. I thought that maybe i could get another egg if only i just replayed the entire game again

A fun fact i learned the other day that is never mentioned but all three Ranger games have Manaphy events in them to transfer eggs to Gen.4
In Pokemon Go you need to pay for a lot of pokémon like shiny mew, and then you can transfer it to pokemon HOME
The last part makes me feel like a target for theft lol
Pokemon go also slowly gives out all the shiny mythicals. Paid though, and a lot of work.
Fun fact the Pokémon channel Jirachi is way better than the colosseum Jirachi because there is not a single Jirachi from the bonus disk that is competitively viable where as the channel Jirachi is generated closer to how an actual Pokémon is so you can get a competitively viable shiny Jirachi. it is just an insane hunt to go for

Yeah, the gamecube pokemon games have skyrocketed in price in the past 5 or so years. Don't get me wrong, before that it still costed around $60-80. But now? The price is likely to be around $150
The bonus disk is crazier TBH. Used to be able to find it for ~$45. And now it's well into the $100s
