Lucky skill: Defense Crush 2

A list of things that have to go right for this solo to happen:

– Moltres needs to be at -3 Defense or more by the time you get to Bar 2.
– Your Stone Edges need to hit. I don’t have room to get the Stone Edge Acc+10 tile even with the expanded grid energy.
– Move Gauge Refresh needs to activate as much as possible to keep your gauge up. Try to enter Bar 2 with at least three gauges.
– Instaqueue the B Move right after the Stone Edge that takes Moltres to Bar 2.5.
– Move Gauge Refresh has to proc at the very last Stone Edge of Bar 2 so that you can instaqueue your sync, which prevents Moltres from queueing Heat Wave. You then of course have to instaqueue his B Move right after to finish the stage.
– Both syncs need to crit. Obviously the second one does, but the first one also needs to crit since the move pattern won’t do enough damage otherwise. That could probably be remedied by getting more DC2 procs but eh.
– Moltres missing even just one of its moves gives you a lot of leeway. Me not taking the Bar 1 Heat Wave here let me tank Fire Blast in Bar 2 so that I didn’t have to instaqueue the B Move.

Skill gears used shown at the end of the video and they are definitely necessary for the added bulk and multipliers.

This is the very first Moltres solo I’ve discovered ever since I started doing solos like a year and a half ago so I’m very glad I was able to do it with one of the best rivals. NC Silver might not have as many as Geeta but for a strike unit, seven solos is very respectable.
