We've let them get away with it. When Kecleon wasnt shown in the initial info for hoenn tour we all went crazy and before you know it, it randomly appeared in the game after comm day didn't even need to wait until tour. This time, everyones just let manaphy and phione get swept under the rug because they made the sinnoh tour so Hisui focussed instead, now I bet we won't be seeing them for another 2 years…

This is my favorite Mythical and just because it is my favorite Mythical I know it will be just as bad in stats as my Diancie (basically the worst stats you can get)
