Thankful that my area has scanner coverage. These quest pools and wild Pika barely spawning makes this a garbage event.

The even in Europe started roughly 3 hours ago. I’ve managed to snag a shiny cap pikachu on the second encounter in the wild, so I assume the shiny odds are boosted
Awesome event so far! I’m having a lot of fun hunting down Shiny Captain Pikachu!!! I’ve got 3 of them as of yesterday. They’re all female. I would like at least one male to complete the set before hunting for Shiny Beldum

My first encounter with captain hat pika was a shiny, earlier on today as I was taking my dog for a walk. Super chuffed as I haven’t had any shiny pika’s until today.
