Uraesis telekinetically creates arms made of carbonated water, which rub its temples to enhance its mental capacity. It sometimes kidnaps Pokémon by hypnotising them and taking them to its watery domain, though it’s true intentions are misunderstood, as it only does so to pass on its knowledge.

Uraesis is based on a uraeus, carbonated water, fountains, and the hypnotic abilities of snakes in mythology and media. I’ve tried a new art style for this drawing, as well as starting with the final stage (I’ll be working my way down from here). What do you think of Uraesis’s design?
