So strange that basculin can't be shiny despite being released as a shiny over the Sinnoh tour. But the go fest is from 5-7 July, there is nothing on 4/7. What am I missing?

I don't mind spending the 15$ for the global go fest ticket since I feel like it's worth it. Especially that increased shiny chance. With that said, I really don't understand why they couldn't do that for the global tour events as well. I mean look at all the paid timed tickets we get per season now. If they want our money let us upgrade for those shiny PokƩmon most players are willing to pay for.
š wasn't expecting an announcement this early in the year. Had hoped to do the US one but no way am I travelling to NYC that weekend. Heading to Madrid instead. Thanks for the info cos I missed some of that when I was looking at it. Global dates are a weekend holiday here too but I'm not mad about that.

i found really cheap tickets going out of a local city to new york. very surprised and very excited!
That is if my game actually starts working again. Earlier in the day I was logging in and playing fine. Now when I log in I see my character for a couple of seconds before it crashes and my phone says the game has a bug. I am on an android phone and I checked my iPhone and it works there. Does anyone have an answer?
I highly do not recommend Go Fest right on independence day
Maybe we could get some adventure effects with solgaleo and lunala! Maybe they could make it day/night for a bit, changing spawns and allowing day/night evolutions! Not super useful but those would be cool.

Gotta love being a Canadian rural player, no big events in person, too little money to travel or keep buying remotes, barely any local players to use party feature or raids, of course they need to make money, but there are so many shinyās, regionals, and event mons that players lose out on because they donāt have the time or money to fly to a different country for just PokĆ©mon

Although I might not make any of the in person events, I would like to acknowledge they came out with the dates with the haste! Just like you said, that NYC will be expensive and at least they knew not to drag out the release of the dates. Earlier you buy/book the cheaper it will be and hope anyone going to NYC has a fun time (and the other places).
Last go feast sucked because all the unknowns that I got were not even shiny they were supposed to be shiny but you know ninatic.
it may be controversial but i like the habitat hours. Especially if im planning to do it all day. I can look at the spawns and see which habitats im not interested in so i can take a break: (sit, get some food, transfer pokemon, raid, open/send gifts). and what times im hard core catching to grind candy/ shiny hunt.

maybe in raids are the necorzma-solgalaeo/lunala and when you beat them they go necrozma- kind of like how megas work? (Maybe this is how we get black/white kyerum too)
I look at it this way …the 18 raid passes are 18$ to buy individually….so that makes the 15$ go fest ticket paid for and then everything else is free…worth it in my book

Hey JT! Just a quick thing about Marshadow, the "Zenith Form" you mention is consistent in all the main line games (Anime may say something different about it.) You were right when you said the green cloud around him is sadly nothing but the attack animation for Marshadow. What is cool however, is the shiny Marshadow is not any different than it's original, except for the green in the animation becomes purple!
Let's comment a different, Necrozma will be coming as pre- Pokemon Festival event. Day 2 all Pokemon Festival event will be something bigger than Necrozma either Mega Mewtwo raid or Arceus.
Second half of the next season mean after the end of Global Pokemon Festival will be Pokemon Festival Ultra Unlocks. Dusk Mane, Dawn Wings and Ultra Necrozma will be part of Ultra Unlocks.
I missed Radiant Sun Solgaleo and Full Moon Lunala also part of Ultra Unlocks.

It still blows my mind that the Japan go fest in Sendai city literally sold out on the first day, and thereās four days they sold tickets for!
