Meet Penncake, a Fairy/Ground Pokemon based on sand dollars, coins, and pancakes. The idea was to make a featureless Pokemon with no face or limbs, similar to Staryu.
The first time I saw a picture of a sand dollar I thought it looked like a sort of fried dough my family used to eat when I was little. That’s why I wanted to add aspects from sweets apart from the obvious dollar pun.
