The reasons carbink isnt a top pkmn in the open gl anymore is because to get it to 1500 you need to invest 250k dust minimum. also many better replacements

I would not call carbink under rated its just to expensive like lickatong was/is that not as many have the xl candy to make full use of it.
This was my legend team a couple seasons ago in open great league, gonna have to give it a go in spring cup 😂
I've also been using
Trevenant and Carbink, but leading with Lurantis. It only makes sense that Carbink will do well in whatever limited metas it is allowed in.

I've been running the Trevenant lead/Dewgong SS but with Empoleon as last (from your team video, I don't have the XL candy for Carbink). It does feel pretty RPS in this meta at times, but Trev/Dewgong seems like a decent core.

Yeah beats everything apart from Tentacruel, Poliwrath, Trev, Lanturn, Ferrothorn… half the meta really.
