These are Psonar -> Orcast -> Sensiberg! They are floating iceberg pokémon based on cetaceans (pink dolphin, orca and sperm whale). The organ on their foreheads is used to scan their surroundings, helping them avoid crashing into obstacles with their massive bodies.
