My Zarude is 14 13 14 IV, but I don't have the resources to build it.
It was very hard to reach his level 40, but XL candies it's way more complicated.

Do you think Zarude will still have play once Tapu Bulu with natures madness is viable? I don’t want to use the XL candy unless it’s reasonable to expect the mon to be useful for more than 2 weeks

Literally less than a minute before I pull up YouTube I'm looking at Zarude on PvPoke and simming different teams, then this is the first recommended video lol. Probably going to grind for XLs for Zarude when I finish my Zygarde I've been working on.

The "one turn bring in" is inconsistent and should be corrected. It is a mechanic that is unreliable and therefore detrimental to competitive play
I used that thing before and it seems to be kind of neat, it's a grass type so 0 fast move damage and you get bricked by Dialga though
T-Lando + Zarude formed a great core many seasons ago with Excadrill as a safe switch. Nice to see them back!

I finished mine last season when everyone was running Ho-Oh. So my experience was a little bit disappointing after walking more than 2.500 km and feeding it every rare xl I acquired (not a frequent raider)
But it was great the prior season when it was level ~45-46 ish, when Groudon and Kyogre was top meta.

Trust me Jonkus, get rid of Shadow Ball. Because it’s a legacy move our minds tell us it’s a waste but trust me, I now use ice beam and it is the best decision ever. Zygarde, Dragonite, Rayquaza, Landourus and many more, Mewtwo ends so many Pokémon with it.

but here’s the catch – i run my mewtwo with both focus blast AND ice beam, perhaps you should build one with this moveset.
once the enemy has seen the focus blast, they are ALWAYS surprised by the ice beam. or vice versa.
nobody has covered this moveset before and i think it would be amazing if you did !
Man im at 502 rare xl now zarude seems so strong but Im definitely building my marshadow I get in nyc and now im conflicted if I want to build my next zarude if its good or if I should save rare xl for if we can ever get another or trade zygarde

How is it even remotely possible that you have the amount of XLs for all these master league mons I’ve been playing since day one and only have 5 lvl 50 mons for master league

I have 2 level 50 hundo mewtwos and working on a 15 14 12 shadow shiny mewtwo. I can't wait for the new shadow raids with mewtwo and to your point having 1 double legacy and the other as psystrike and flex charge move is so nice. Can swap the whatever move makes the most sense for the meta
