Still looking for a good team… but this will never work for me. If I use greninja (and I tried last rotation , but 0 chance to climb with it)
Right now I’m at guzzlord lead it’s awesome… but funfact… I got 80% Talonflame/Lanturn leads 25fights… I swaped from Skarmory to Guzzlord lead… and I saw in the next 25 fights 0 Talon flame and 2 Lanturn leads… I still went 20 out of 25… (no I don’t believe on a algo… but this is sometimes so anoying…) in the last set i played I had 2 Ice Leads and 1 team with a 2x ice backline.
Sometimes I think, i can’t win more leads than I loose.
But anyway Guzzlord is great and chesnaught is great too(if you don’t face tons of talon flames)
not sure if theres a way to make this work, but i´m curious to see raichu in the ultra league. Its my first shiny hundo and i would love to use it. especially with all the waters (feraligatr, poliwrath) and flyers it might be viable.

I run charjabug lickitung safe swap and normal whiscash at 2387 elo do a charjabug team really solid Pokémon until you encounter the gligar or bastiodon in the lead lol
