Since its defense is 144 just 4 points lower than mega beedrill, it can be Soloed.

Surabaya mascot is shark and crocodile, that why they add sharpedo there…. Also we got shiny lucario raid before mega lucario released
Also chatot is not special in Indonesia, because its their regional and super common

I don't think they will drop Mega Sharpedo. We had shiny lucario in an event but with no mega. I more believe was an error, or maybe just for that event, it will be shiny.
