Ok, I'm going to lay this out: Pokémon has been woke for awhile. I started noticing the changes to the GO character clothes last summer. It was small at first, just dumpy shirt here and there, but around July-August, I noticed the clothes just sucked. They female trainer clothes weren't cute anymore, they looked like bowling shirts, chinos (ugly short pants) and frumpy boots.
The kicker was Pokémon S/V; the man-women everywhere, how the enemy team wasn't made up of actual criminals but bullies who were bullied themselves for being incredibly flamboyant, femboys…freaking femboys all over the place and can we talk about Grusha, the Ice gym leader? Or Rika of the Elite Four who is basically a man, but we're told to call it she?
TL;DR? I brought up that S/V has a hide and seek minigame on live last night because this game is clearly aimed at young children, but chock full of woke. 🎉❤
