Today, I had the chance to play Hoppip spotlight hour in the capital of Australia, Canberra, together with a group of local trainers. As we started the grind around one of the largest parks in the city, we got the chance to get ourselves an extremely rare encounter of a perfect IV Hoppip just minutes into the event.
