Kyogre, comes down to personal preference on 2nd move. Origin Pulse is the best, Surf isn't too far behind…Surf being a very solid non signature move, I personally have OP and Thunder. I been duo-ing shadow Raikou, I use party play, have all the gems, and he can't have Shadow Ball (the other attacks are less hitting). Use a good ground attackers, I been using shadow Mamoswine. I need that shadow Entei. Btw, Campfire is how I built up my local friends list. Creating groups and meetups. Reach out, if you like some info.
Idk what kind of Raikous you've been facing, but with the new party play buff it's easy to do with 3 people, even easier with all your 50 max mons. If I can do it, you definitely can lol.

Shadow raids are a major let down to be real could have been really cool if they worked like normal and you didn’t have to be in person I would love a good feature because they all been kinda ehh also all the prices are getting ridiculous I didn’t have Zarude so I bought the research but I’m not very happy about it they wanted way to much for what you get should have made it easier or cheaper for sure because that’s crazy

you should have origin pulse and surf because origin pulse is better but takes longer to charge up to so if your going against a pokemon and youve nearly fainted you can use surf instead of origin pulse to do extra damage
