I was lucky enough to find those 3 near my home today ; Porygon and Scyther are definitely the easiest tier 3 raids to solo now. Omastar is harder due to its high defense stat. Exploiting its double weakness to grass using BS + SB exeggutors with some dodging will help! May be harder with other movesets!
