Good rule of thumb: If the shadow event starts at midnight, rocket leaders at Pokéstops will have the new mons. Otherwise, they probably won’t.

I always have lucario as my swap. Allows for free farming (about 3-4 hits), energy build up, and head start on building my power up punch/attack boost.

yo trainer tips, put lucario in your second slot and insta swap to them so it doesnt take as much damage and can sweep teams better

Defeat 1 team rocket grunt is lowkey the most important research. It allows you to stack rocket radars.
