I think they should add more specific statuses so you know what people are up to. For example, if you could set your status to “raiding” then people would know that if they invite you to a remote raid you’ll probably actually join the raid. Or if you set your status to “gifting” then they know you’re probably someone who prioritizes going up friendship levels. Or you could say “PvP battling” then maybe that’s a person who would accept your PvP battle request.
As is, seeing someone is online doesn’t really help me in any meaningful way.
