I’d say wait till you’re gonna use it. There’s free elite tms for getting to level 19 in battle league , completing challenges on battle days, and one at the end of the season. There’s also boxes with elite tms often, community day box rn, I bought one with an elite charge tm and a community day ticket for 5$ last week on the webstore
