The way necrozma worked in my head anime was that you would need to fuse necrozma with both solgaleo and lunala for it to become ultra

ultra necrozma is basically a mega evolution, that’s why it can’t be transferred to home
The light that burns the sky could be like palkia and dialga moves that can be used in game, so the mega evolution has a special bonus on top of it

I think that Ultra Necrozma will be a bonus event that we unlock during GO Fest which will take a couple of months to finish after GO Fest with nasty tasks.
